Content creation and consumption in the digital economy
The Research Councils UK Digital Economy Theme are investing up to £5 million to support problem-driven and interdisciplinary research in the area of digital content creation and consumption.
Scope
We are inviting outline research proposals which address the following themes, identified through workshops in 2014 and 2016 with a broad cross section of the academic and user communities.
- Enabling and facilitating content creation for experiences and creativity
- Immersion in new forms of experiences
- Big data in content creation and consumption
- Sustainable end-to-end creation models
- Content creation: inclusion and exclusion
Your proposal must address at least one of these research themes. We expect all proposals to clearly adopt an interdisciplinary and problem-driven approach.
